The goal of the Save Our Seniors (SOS) program is to supplement food and supplies to low-income seniors in our local community -- those who find it difficult to purchase these items regularly and do not have a means of transportation.

SOS targets seniors living in low and subsidized housing and extended stay motels and seniors raising their grandchildren.

Our Monthly Distributions Include:

Cleaning Products: Laundry and dish detergents, paper towels, fabric softener, garbage bags, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant wipes, and spray cleaners.

Toiletries/Personal Care Items: Toilet tissue, facial tissues, denture cleaner, mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, Depends/adult diapers and pads, shaving cream, socks, etc.

Food: Ensure, Glucerna, diabetic shakes, oatmeal, grits, hot chocolate, tea, soup, fruit cups, chili, pasta, frozen or fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and eggs.
