About Circle of Care
At Circle of Care, St. Louis: Everybody Matters!

We provide a Circle of Care which promotes independence, dignity, health, and well-being for seniors, adults with disabilities, veterans, and caregivers. Through each life stage, we provide seniors and adults with disabilities in our community with programs and services that promote their independence, dignity, health, and well-being.
​
For their caregivers, we strive to ease the confusion and anxiety of caring for a loved one in their later years. By administering programs supported by government funding, along with the generosity of individuals and community partners, we work to improve the quality of life for those whose lives we touch.

Our Vision
We envision a world where people enjoy enhanced physical and mental well-being and actively manage their own care. We see improved access to care in rural and urban areas with the delivery of optimal outcomes for our clients, employees, and communities.

Our Work
Deeply-rooted in our core values of servant leadership, empathy, altruism, and integrity, we serve communities by empowering people with mobility, cognitive, and sensory disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives at home.

We also help the populations that we serve by identifying and focusing on prevalent health conditions such as high rates of heart disease or diabetes in specific communities.

Responding to requests from people in diverse communities, we develop culturally-relevant services while identifying barriers to care, and then launch culture-specific care and prevention programs.

We take pride in putting the health, safety, and independence of our clients first. We understand that one size does not fit all, so our services are customized to meet the unique needs and desires of each client. We realize the need for individualized care plans that change as do the needs of those for whom we provide care. We also understand and believe that our clients want to direct their own care and have a say in the way that care is delivered. ​ Involvement. We not only want to make a difference in each of our client’s lives but to impact the community we serve, support the system in which we operate, and be a collaborative driving force for positive change in the home care industry.
